* Islamic bloc : 

- Palestinian student framework adopts the comprehensive  Islamic vision in all life fields; educational, cultural, social, and sportive.

- Islamic bloc started in 1978 as a wing of Islamic Brotherhood Group in Palestine.

- Islamic bloc represents the student arm of Islamic resistance movement, Hamas.

·        Principles :

Islamic bloc bases in its situations and ideas on these principles :

- Islam is its doctrine , law, and program for life.

- Adopts calling to Allah by fine means, " Call unto the way of thy Lord with wisdom and fair exhortation" Al-Nahel chapter , verse 124.

- Islamic bloc seeks virtuous morals and believes in cooperation with others, and it deals with all students frameworks by respect and consideration ((unites does not differentiate, preserves does not dissipates and appreciate any good word or sincere effort)).

- Islamic bloc believes that the Palestinian issue is an pure Islamic issue, emphasizes on the firm Islamic right in Palestine, and the efforts have to continue with the intention of liberation whole of our Palestinian land.

- Islamic bloc participates in any effort works to restore the Palestinian rights, and defense of our nations’ issues.

- Islamic bloc believes in the distinctive role for youth in there country's building, and shape their future, so it calls for activating the youth and provides them by the necessary resources to success this role.

- Girl equals with young " Who created you from a single soul and from it created its mate" AL-Nesaa chapter, verse 1 . She has the right to practice her role in serving the community but with our Islam values , doctrine, and principles .  

* Starting points :

- To call for God , promotion of virtue, and prevention of vice.

- To activate youth's role and students in calling to Allah , spread Allah religion, and awareness all the youth about our nation issues.

- Because it believes in importance of youth's participation in all of life fields.

- To mobilize all of  youth's abilities to serve the Islamic work and the Palestinian issue. 

- Because it believes in importance of building a virtuous community prevails it justice, security, brotherhood, and trust.

*  Objectives :

- To spread the Islamic thought and the national concepts which derived from Islam.

- To build a Palestinian youth generation; conscious of his duty, believes in his religion and his right, physically and psychologically healthy, and able to complete the liberation project.

- Advancement in students’ and youth’s service, and fulfill their spiritual, cultural, scientific, financial, and living needs.

- Advancement in students’ and youth’s cultural and academic standard , and improvement their hobbies and inventions.

- To interact the youth and students with their community and support their national and humane issues.

- To activate educational youth associations role.

- To support the student, financially or incorporeally, which can facilitate the educational process.

- The advancement of the educational process to access to the secure personal conscious.

- Strengthening the spirit of volunteerism between youth's and students' community.

- To activate Palestinian girl's role in her community and emphasizing on her legal rights.

- Building close relationships  with the youth student frameworks on the base of cooperation and mutual respect.

- Immunization student community youth from all forms of intellectual and ethical perversion to preserve the Islamic identity of the blurring or distortion.

- Rising  the role of universities, schools and educational institutions and strengthen its role in the performance of its high message.

- Making the community of universities, schools and institutes an Islamic society.

* Means :

- Serious and effective youth student dialogue between all of  student frameworks.

- Individual and collective connection which calls youth and students to abide in Islam's ideas.

- Making understanding and convergence with the administration  of the educational associations.

- Participating in students councils elections in universities, colleges, institutes, and all of the educational associations which applies elections if there are suitable circumstances.

- Working with all of student blocs and youth leagues to create common work programs may unite them.

- Establishment cultural , researches and languages centers, and publishing books, sheets, magazines, various workshops, and seminars.

- Organizing demonstrations , rallies , sit-ins , protests, and different festivals.

- Working through different institutions and associations to lift the injustices and the realization of the rights of students.

- creation of cultural and sports clubs, scientific, and social associations  in order to serve the youth and students.
